Record entries for a fun filled Wilmslow show

THOUSANDS packed the high school grounds for Wilmslow Show on Sunday and enjoyed all the fun of the fair.
With a giant Ferris wheel at its heart there were more attractions, rides and amusements than ever before.
And the traditional horticultural show, classic cars and fun dog show were all time highlights.
There were record entries all round and smiles of delight from kids, old and young at heart. Cancelled last year because of heavy rain organisers put their jitters behind them when the sunshine broke through the clouds triggering a late rush of visitors through the gates making a dash to show ground events.
