RICHARD lives in the Wilmslow Hough and has been a seasoned campaigner at ward, constituency, regional and national level for 25 years.
He is a successful company chairman, whose company holds the retail franchise for a major fashion house.
Richard is a governor at Dean Oaks Primary School and is also an active supporter of the PDSA, RSPB, Make a Wish Foundation, Waterways Trust and Brooke Hospital.
He is vice president of the Cheshire Agricultural Society and sits as a magistrate on the Manchester City Bench.
If elected, Richard would support improving facilities for young people and as a school governor will have an active interest in ensuring high educational standards continue in the new authority.
