Two Sir Nicks for the price of one

WHY is anyone surprised that Sir Nick's expenses are below those of almost any other MP in the House?

Ask yourself this: When did you last see him buy a round of drinks? I've been waiting 32 years to get one out of him and the nearest I came was a dandelion and burdock at Rainow Fete in the Seventies and I don't think he paid for that.

His wonderful lady wife tells me he always looks under the bed just in case he's lost any sleep.

Sir Nick was once bought a new wallet for Christmas but his jacket rejected it. He carries less money than the Queen. I even had to fork out ten pence so he could use the coffee machine in the town hall.

So don't be too impressed with his thrift, I'm usually the one picking up the tab.
