BRONTE purists beware - Manchester's marvellous LipService offers fans another chance to enjoy their Withering Looks at The Lowry Theatre this month.

Maggie Fox and Sue Ryding, who make up LipService, are celebrating 21 years of sublime silliness by reprising their cult spoof of Emily Bronte's classic tale.

They're dusting off the crinolines and pressing their pantaloons for another bout of literate lunacy which takes an "authentic" look at the lives and works of the famous sisters including, of course, the lesser known love triangle between Cathy, Heathcliff and David Niven.
